ISOBUS / IBIC sockets according to ISO 11783-2
ISOBUS / IBIC technology standardizes communication between tractors, machine tools
and remote reception of operational data.
3 Types of bases to be mounted on the tractor side:
- 9-pole active base: Base for connecting a machine tool
- 9-pole passive base: Base for connecting a second machine tool
It is essential to have an active base for a passive base to work
- Park base: When there is no machine tool in operation
- Closing system that locks the cover in the same way in the closed position and the plug in the connected position
- Quick release system thanks to the "ball locking system". In the event of accidental tearing, the connector automatically unlocks without damaging the base.
- Contacts integrated into the connector motherboard and contact holder sealed with a 2-component glue to ensure maximum sealing.
Not using a conventional injection process prevents the appearance of breakage incipients.
- Captive seal inserted in the cover, ultrasonically welded.
- Central support of the spring on the cover allowing maximum and uniformly distributed pressure.
- Additional radial seal used between the housing and the contact holder
To be completed with ISOBUS 4-way connector ref. 151289 and Deutsch 4-way connector refs. 251266 or 194247
