The starter

The starter is a piece of equipment that is necessary for starting a vehicle. It is made up of multiple parts useful for its operation. The starter is a part that is directly connected to the vehicle's main battery. Its main function is to start the car, tractor or even the boat when you turn the ignition.

The dynamo

The dynamo is a part that is often confused with the alternator. In fact, their functions are quite similar. However, the dynamo can also be used to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.

Also, the difference concerns the fact that the dynamo is made up of a complementary part which is the collector. It can be considered as a DC motor. The dynamo is rotated by the belt to produce tension. This must be proportional to the rotational speed of the engine and it is the dynamo which therefore ensures this task.

Finally, the dynamo is also equipped with a voltage regulator so that the car can withstand all this voltage when put into circulation.
