The solenoid HP2400   is an original power relay suitable for tail lift motors. Made of metal alloy and very resistant ebonite, it easily replaces models frequently installed on hydraulic circuits on the market such as Dhollandia, Ehrel Hydris or MBB . The tailgate motor power relay operates at a voltage of 12V with a current of 150 A.

Standard relay   easy to install

Installing the HP2400 relay only takes a few minutes. Thanks to the two-slot side fixator, you just need to find the right location and secure it with bolts.   

•      The main current connections (Main input and output pole) s are carried out on two threaded studs blocked by nuts for the eye terminals.
  
  
•      The input current and the ground are connected by a system flat terminal.

Instructions for use

In order to carry out a good diagnosis of your circuit, check the thermal fuses of your tailgate motor beforehand if they are functional. The relay ground may be deprived of current when its temperature   is too high (automatic cut-off). To detect this problem, connect the motor relay directly to the ground and wait around ten minutes for it to cool down. Once the temperature has been restored, the fuse should return power to ground so that the relay can transmit power to the motor. Otherwise, the source of the failure is inherent to the power relay.
